Our beginnings

Operations began in 1994 when Dieter Zoellner, the company’s founder and President, saw the need for a more professional and quality driven sod company, placing an emphasis on integrity and a commitment to quality and value.

In June of 2016 the company founder and President, Dieter Zoellner, decided to retire. He became President Emeritus while Derek Goforth was promoted to General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

OUR SUPPLIERS

Dieter’s Sod Service does not grow or produce sod. We purchase Sod from the areas finest Sod Growers.

Our company trucks pick up sod from our suppliers. We can do a straight delivery or our experienced sod install crews can complete most any project.

Our company can acquire most any type of grass you might be interested in having delivered or installed.
